Job DetailsThe Sourcing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all aspects of the supply chain, including procurement, inventory management, logistics of raw materials, vendor relationships, alignment with scheduling, and MRP maintenance. This role ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence across the supply chain to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field (Master's Degree preferred)
- Minimum 7-10 years of supply chain experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Must have manufacturing and/or retail experience
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, supply chain software, and data analytics tools
